and Integrate
The goal of the system implementation and integration Phase is to facilitate
a smooth transition to the new system's operating capabilities. Key activities
in this phase are implementing the production hardware solutions and communicating
the initial concept of operations to both the user community and the IT
support team. The user is an active participant in this phase, examining
and field-testing the solution at each step, and partaking in initial
user and administrator training.
