TECNOSOFT is acutely aware that the success of a system extends far beyond
the initial implementation task. In this regard, we utilize tools and
procedures to ensure the quality of the system once it is in a production
environment. This includes continuous technology transfer, facilities
to maintain established configuration management practices, and training.
Training details are developed with the customer, and can range from
informal, on-site system administration and user training to formal, classroom
and lab-based training at TECNOSOFT'S facilities or a properly configured
customer training facility.
TECNOSOFT also develops an appropriate support management environment
and processes, including items such as on-call Web-based and telephone
support, on-site help desk, workflow routing, and staffing plans.
