Position: Technical Trainer position

Project Site: Columbia, MD
Duration: Six months contract to perm opportunity
The candidate will be expected to deliver end-user training courses
by applying principles of adult learning and design as well as develop
end-user training based on analysis of critical tasks. The required
skills include an undergraduate degree, a minimum 3-5 years of experience
as a Technical Trainer, require a minimum of 1-2 years experience
delivering hands-on telecommunications or hardware training and
an understanding of SONET and WDM equipment technologies and fiber
optics would be a plus. The candidate will be required to travel
(approx. 30%).
