TECNOSOFT's Staff Augmentation Services supplement and compliment your existing staff resources by offering you access to highly qualified IT systems and telecommunication professionals at competitive rates.

Our Staff Augmentation Services include several placement options:

  • Consulting - TECNOSOFT provides staff or consulting contractors on a time and material basis.
  • Permanent Placement - TECNOSOFT provides candidates for permanent hire, on a fixed fee basis.
  • Temporary to Permanent Placement - TECNOSOFT provides staff or consulting contractors with the understanding that after a pre-agreed period of time, the contractor can be hired.
  • Recruiting Service Retainer - TECNOSOFT provides recruiting services and receives a monthly retainer and/or a fee for each staff placement.
TECNOSOFT's recruiting efforts are supported by an infrastructure of systems and processes, directed by a seasoned management team.

CANDIDATE SCREENING PROCESS

We invest the time to learn about your unique environment and staffing requirements. TECNOSOFT has extensive processes in place to ensure that qualified staff will be available to meet your needs. Our process for locating and screening candidates starts with a structured interview with the customer to ensure that we understand all of their business and technical requirements, including priorities, constraints, special terms, etc. This structured interview process, in conjunction with the skills and experience of our recruiting staff, allows us to develop better requisition specifications. We frequently uncover needs and circumstances that significantly modify and improve the initial requirements, making the candidates we source much more cost effective and successful. This up-front diligence allows us to offer our clients a guarantee of complete satisfaction. Once requirements have been fully defined, we begin the process of sourcing candidates. Automated forms and workflows are used to ensure that requisitions are submitted and posted to all appropriate sources.

To screen candidates, TECNOSOFT has a two-phased pre-qualification process. First, we use a structured interview process for candidates that is analogous to the customer interview process. The interview material and process is customized to allow us to assess each candidate in all pertinent areas - technical capabilities, communications skills, and other required attributes (e.g., ability to work overtime, willingness to travel, etc.). Where appropriate, work samples are obtained from candidates, and are carefully reviewed for adequacy and merit with respect to requirements. In the second phase, we perform extensive reference checks. Each candidate is required to provide a minimum of three (3) professional references. If/as needed, TECNOSOFT conducts follow-up with candidates and/or customers to ensure that the most beneficial matches are made.
