TECNOSOFT utilizes several tools and methods to find qualified applicants, including:

  • In-house Database - TECNOSOFT has its own internal database containing resumes for virtually all IT and telecommunications skill sets, spanning multiple labor categories and experience levels. This database is updated on a continuing basis.

  • Internet Job Boards - We have paid subscriptions to various top Job Boards including Monster and Dice Internet services, the "Washington Post" online employment service and several others.

  • Print Media - We post positions in the "Washington Post", other local newspapers and journals.

  • Referrals - A great many applicants are identified by referrals from our staff. Because our staff is happy with our services, they are quite willing to use their personal networks to identify candidates for us. We also offer incentives to our staff for referrals to reward their efforts.

  • All positions are posted on our corporate Web site. Our efforts to make this site easy to use also contribute to our success in recruiting qualified applicants.
