The TECNOSOFT METHODOLOGY
is a phased approach that addresses all aspects of IT projects,
from initial analysis through support. The Methodology also includes
project management activities and procedures to ensure that engagements
are performed in accordance with specifications, schedules and budgets.
We leverage the Methodology for projects in both of our lines of
business.
